Our Akaushi whole beef option is a great way to enjoy our pasture raised American wagyu for months while saving some money. With the custom whole beef option you choose what kind of cuts you get.

How it works:

You pay the nonrefundable deposit to reserve your Akaushi Beef carcass. 

We will then email you a cut sheet to fill out and return to us.

After we receive the cut sheet filled out, we will give you a phone call and review your cut selections to finalize before cut and wrap. After that we will provide an estimated competition time. 

When cut and warp has been completed, we will schedule a pickup date for you order. 

Cost: $6.50 per lb based on the carcass hang weight (this price includes butcher fees and cut and wrap)

Upfront costs: $1000.00 nonrefundable deposit to reserve one of our Akaushi carcasses.

 

 Notes:

  • Approx. 400 lbs of finished Akaushi beef.
  • Carcass is dry aged 24 to 28 days 
  • A whole beef requires about 16 to 20 cubic feet of freezer space. 
  • Deposits are nonrefundable.
  • Carcass hang weights range from 650 lbs to over 900 lbs
  • Estimated completion times or pick up dates are subject to change.
  • At this time whole beef orders are pickup only
  • Actual weight and sizes of cuts may vary based on the size of animal.
  • Whole beef orders can take up to 3 to 8 weeks based on avaibllility.
  • Pick up is available at our Salinas California office and at our Ranch in Fort Jones California.
