Where's the Akaushi Beef?!

Just wanted to give a quick update on where we are at with our next batch of Akaushi Beef. Our steers were harvested in October and are currently dry aging. We anticipate being full restocked by the end of November (hopefully before Thanksgiving!). We will notify every one on our e-mailing list and on our social media accounts when our store is restocked.

We are currently working with a new butcher and hope to have some of the consistency issues we have had this year resolved. We are also working hard to ensure a consistent harvest schedule for next year, which means we can keep the cuts of meat you love in stock more frequently!
